Buying a Deal
How does it work?
Once you have signed up for our email list, you will receive weekly deal alerts with instructions on securing a deal. If you are interested in buying one of the properties you will need to follow the simple step-by-step process on the email we send you each week.

Text to the given number in the email to register your interest
In the weekly email, you will be given a phone number to text to in order to register your interest.

Jump on a Zoom call with us
Once you have paid the fee, we will invite you to a Zoom call in which you will be given more details about the property.

Receive a call from us
Upon getting your text, we will call you to see if the particular deal you have shown interest in, is a right fit for you. We will also give you basic details about the property.

We will Introduce you to the Agent
from this point, the sale will go on just like any other sale. Of course, we are also open to going to the viewing with you and making sure it all goes smoothly.

Reserve the Deal by paying the finder's fee
Once you are happy to proceed, we will send you an invoice with the contract that will protect you with 14-day cooling-off period.
